I made this piece to illustrate how the healing process can be slow and even a bit messy, but in the end can transform into something beautiful with patience, grace, and gentleness.
Some days feel like an eternity while others feel like they’re slipping through your fingers as the world is spinning and spinning and have nothing to hold on to. But each day, hour, minute, second, we go forward little by little no matter how slow.

The exhibit celebrates the power of design to make a positive change in the world through type inspired by hope, healing, innovation, and transformation. This was a collaboration with Design Center Philippines x Type 63 x Team Manila.
