Animated covers of my 2019 Albums and Songs of the Year— a mix of new favorites, songs I listened to on repeat 500 times and forgot about, and timeless classics that show up on the Most Played lists every year.
I've always seen music as little time capsules that have the power to transport you to different specific times in your life. Through this project I wanted to capture and remember those memories from 2019. Some illustrations are inspired by their respective album art or lyrics, while others are more personal and are visualizations of the moments and feelings the songs hold.
